YABISI HEALING ECOSYSTEM

MEMBERSHIP, STUDIO USE, CARE & COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

The Yabisi Healing Ecosystem is a community-rooted membership for ethical, integrity-led practitioners and healers who value spiritual practice, mutual support, and collective care. Rooted in the Bronx and connected globally, Yabisi serves as a trusted hub for seekers and practitioners alike—offering visibility, connection, and access to aligned community while honoring lineage, land, and responsibility.

This Agreement establishes clear expectations for membership, collaboration, shared stewardship (when applicable to studio use), and professional conduct, ensuring that Yabisi remains a safe, respectful, and values-aligned ecosystem.

1. Parties & Agreement Scope

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Yabisi (“Provider”) and the undersigned Healing Ecosystem Member (“Member”).

By joining the Yabisi Healing Ecosystem, the Member agrees to comply with all terms outlined herein, including those related to membership, collaboration, and any in-person studio use.

2. Ecosystem Membership Structure

Membership in the Yabisi Healing Ecosystem is invite-only and thoughtfully curated.

Membership includes:

  • A featured practitioner profile on Yabisi’s website directory (clients book directly with you)

  • Inclusion in Yabisi’s trusted referral ecosystem

  • 2x monthly rotating highlights across Yabisi’s Instagram and newsletter

  • Access to Yabisi’s extended community reach (19K+ followers, 6K+ subscribers)

  • Access to a private, invite-only practitioner WhatsApp group for opportunities, referrals, resources, and gatherings

  • Eligibility to access discounted studio rates if working in person in NYC

    This membership does not represent employment, agency, or exclusivity. Members retain full autonomy over their offerings, pricing, scheduling, and client relationships.

3. Membership Fee & Billing

The Healing Ecosystem membership fee is $37/month.

  • Membership is billed monthly via automatic payment.

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time with written notice; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Failure to maintain active payment may result in removal from the directory, community channels, and promotional features.

4. Access to the Botanica (In-Person Work)

Members who wish to work in person may access Yabisi’s Bronx-based Botanica through discounted studio rates, subject to availability and scheduling approval.

Studio access is an optional benefit of membership and is not guaranteed. Booking and payment are required for all studio use.

Studio bookings may be used for:

  • One-on-one client sessions

  • Small group sessions (max 12 people)

  • Content creation

  • Private rituals or ceremonies

  • Workshops (with prior approval)

Separate booking procedures and rates are provided to members who choose to use the space.

5. Studio Monitoring & Security

Members acknowledge that video surveillance cameras are present in common areas for safety, security, and protection of the space. Cameras are not intended to monitor private client work but exist to support the overall stewardship of the space.

6. Studio Care, Cleanliness & Shared Stewardship (If Using Space)

If a Member utilizes the physical studio, they agree to leave the space as they found it. This includes:

  • Cleaning and returning all furniture and tools to original placement

  • Sweeping or tidying floors if needed

  • Disposing of trash

  • Turning off candles, lights, electronics, A/C, and heaters

  • Respecting shared tools and energetics of the space

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in loss of studio privileges.

7. Collaboration, Promotion & Visibility

Member Commitments:

Members agree to:

  • Represent Yabisi respectfully when listing affiliation

  • Share their participation in the Ecosystem when appropriate

  • Uphold ethical, integrity-based practice in all work connected to Yabisi

Provider Commitments:

Yabisi agrees to:

  • Feature Members on the website directory

  • Promote the Ecosystem and individual practitioners regularly

  • Provide rotating highlights across Instagram and newsletter 2x monthly

  • Maintain the integrity and reputation of the ecosystem

8. Community Conduct & Alignment

Members agree to uphold the following values:

  • Safe practice

  • Respect for lineage, culture, and responsibility

  • Non-exploitative behavior

  • Integrity in representation of one’s work

  • Respect toward other members and the wider community

Yabisi reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior or conduct is found to be misaligned with the ecosystem’s values.

9. Inventory & Product Sales (If Selling Botanica Products On-Site)

Members who sell Botanica Yabisi products during sessions must:

  • Log all product sales

  • Record payment method (cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc.)

  • Respect that Yabisi does not accept credit cards for these sales

  • Ensure all sales are documented before leaving the space

10. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing this Agreement, the Member affirms that they:

  • Have read and understood all terms

  • Agree to uphold ethical conduct and accountability

  • Commit to maintaining the integrity of the Yabisi ecosystem

  • Understand that membership is relational, not transactional

  • Agree that Yabisi reserves the right to end membership if alignment is broken
