My work lives at the intersection of ancestralremembrance, spiritual development, plant medicine and the wisdom of the body.
I am a spiritual and clinical herbalist, educator, ceremony guide and practitioner of African diasporic and ancestral traditions. For more than two decades, I have been a student of plants, Spirit, the body and the land—learning through study and practice, through elders and teachers, and through my own journey of returning to the traditions and ways of knowing that colonization and displacement have often made difficult for us to access.
At the heart of my work is remembrance.
I work with people who are learning to remember their ancestors, their lineage, their spiritual gifts and the medicine they already carry. Often, they come to me at a threshold—moving through a profound transition, deepening their spiritual practice, opening to new spiritual faculties or realizing that who they have been can no longer hold who they are becoming.
Our work together is both exploration and education. Depending on what is asking for attention, we may work with divination, mediumship, Earth medicine, journeywork, soul retrieval, spiritual counsel and embodied practices. I meet you where you are — and from there, we listen for the tools, teachings and practices that can best support your healing and spiritual development.
I see my role as a teacher and guide: to help you learn how to listen more deeply, strengthen your discernment, understand the language of your own spirit and recognize what is already moving through you. Just as importantly, I want you to leave our work with grounded practices you can continue developing long after our time together.
Because ultimately, the work is not about becoming dependent on a teacher. Itisaboutbecomingmore deeply acquainted with yourself, your ancestors, your medicine and your own capacity to know.
Whether we meet for a single session or walk together through a longer mentorship, our time together is an invitation into active remembrance—to learn, to practice, to deepen and ultimately, to embody what you carry.
