My work lives at the intersection of ancestral remembrance, spiritual development, plant medicine, ritual and the body.
I am a spiritual and clinical herbalist, educator, ceremony guide and practitioner of African diasporic and ancestral traditions. My work has been shaped by over 2 decades of study, practice, relationship with plants, tending the land, learning from elders and teachers-- and my own journey of returning to the practices and wisdom that colonization and displacement have often made difficult for us to access.
I work with people who are remembering.
Remembering their ancestors. Deepening their spiritual gifts. Reconnecting with their lineage. Developing the medicine they carry. Moving through profound transitions. Or simply recognizing that the person they have been can no longer hold who they are becoming.
Our work together draws from divination, mediumship, Earth medicine, journeywork, regression practices and spiritual counsel—meeting you where you are and calling forward the tools that can best support your process of remembrance, healing and becoming.
I am not here to prescribe your path for you. My role is to help you listen more deeply, develop discernment, recognize what is already moving through you and create tangible, grounded practices for continuing the work beyond our time together.
Whether we meet for a single session or enter a longer mentorship, this is work for those ready to move beyond simply knowing that something is changing.

A 75-minute regression therapy journey weaving hypnosis, guided meditation, sound, and shamanic practices to journey inward, reconnect with lost or forgotten parts of yourself, and call your essence back home.
A consultation for those moving through life transitions, seeking herbal support, road openings, or seeking greater clarity and support. Through heart-centered plática, divination, and a holistic wellness assessment, we’ll explore what is asking for attention and create a path forward rooted in your unique needs.
