Bano Amargo x Bano Dulce combo

A Traditional Two-Step Spiritual Cleansing Ritual

Across Afro-Caribbean, Indigenous, and Latin American lineages, spiritual baths have long been used as powerful tools for cleansing and renewal. This duo—Baño Amargo (Bitter Bath) and Baño Dulce (Sweet Bath)—honors that sacred sequence of release and restoration.

Traditionally, the Baño Amargo is taken first to clear the way. This 9-herb blend helps cut through heaviness, dissolve stagnant or crossed energies, and reset your spiritual field. It’s especially supportive during moments of confusion, emotional burden, or major transition—helping you return to center with clarity and protection.

Once the path has been opened and the spirit cleansed, the Baño Dulce follows to call sweetness back in. This bath invites harmony, love, and spiritual alignment, soothing the heart and replenishing your aura with peace and receptivity. It’s the embrace after the release—the return to softness and grace

For best results, use both in sequence: first Baño Amargo, then Baño Dulce.

Directions for preparation and use are included inside each bath.

When to Use a Bitter Bath:
- Before a plant medicine journey or spiritual ceremony
- After emotional upheaval, spiritual attack, or endings
- During the waning moon or spiritually intense times
- When you feel “off,” chronically tired, blocked, or unlucky

Ritual Instructions:
- Boil 3–4 tablespoons of the herb blend in 1–2 quarts of water for 15–20 minutes.
- Strain and let cool to a warm temperature.
- Stand or sit quietly, speaking your intention:
“I release what is not mine. I cut through confusion. I return to alignment.”
- Pour the bath slowly over your body from head to toe (or neck down), focusing on releasing tension, sorrow, fear, or negativity.
- Let the water air dry on your skin—do not towel off. Rest quietly afterward.
- Repeat for 3, 5, or 7 consecutive days for deeper clearing and spiritual reset.

Dispose of leftover herbs respectfully—in nature, at a crossroads, or into running water.
