- During new moon phases or new beginnings
- Before rituals of love, self-worth, or manifestation
- When calling in softness, beauty, clarity, or heart healing
- Anytime your spirit needs to be reminded it is worthy of sweetness
Ritual Instructions:-Boil 3–4 tablespoons of the herb blend in 1–2 quarts of water for 15–20 minutes.
- Strain and allow the infusion to cool to a warm, skin-safe temperature.
- Set your intention with love. Say aloud or in your heart:
“I welcome sweetness, peace, and aligned blessings into my life. I am open to receive.”
- Pour the bath slowly over your body (head to toe or neck down), envisioning golden light surrounding and filling you.
- Let the water air dry—do not towel off. Rest in stillness or prayer to integrate.
Optional: Repeat for 3, 5, or 7 consecutive days to deepen the blessing and anchor the frequency of grace
This sweet bath is a ritual of returning to love—to your body, your path, and the divine flow of your life. Let the flowers speak to your heart, and allow the sweetness to stay with you.
