Ritual / Daily Practice
1. Set the Space
Light a candle or incense. Sit comfortably with your tea in hand. Take three deep breaths, inviting clarity and creativity into your body.
2. Speak Your Intention
Hold your cup and whisper an intention into it.
“May this medicine awaken my joy, my creativity, and my inner fire.”
3. Sip + Meditate
As you slowly sip the tea, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Let ideas, images, or sensations come and go. You may wish to visualize your mind as a clear sky, spacious and open for inspiration to flow in.
Optional: Keep a journal nearby to jot down any sparks of insight or creative nudges that arise.
