Remembrance Activation: Community Rapeh Ceremony
Join us in person on Saturday July 26th— in sacred circle for an evening of deep release and return. This ceremony centers the sacred Amazonian medicine of Rapeh (Hapé)—a powerful, shamanic snuff made from finely ground sacred plants, traditionally used by Indigenous communities to clear the mind, ground the body, and open spiritual space within.
Medicine woman Vicky Lee will be guiding the evening and administering Rapeh in ceremony, offering a gentle yet potent container for grounding, centering, and clearing energetic stagnation. Through this sacred tobacco medicine, we invite you to release what no longer serves and come home to the heart.
Lynsey Ayala Rinaldi, Curandera and founder of Yabisi, will be supporting the circle with plant limpias and energy work—offering vibrational medicine to help you integrate and soften as your body and spirit open.
This ceremony is a return to breath, to body, and to the earth beneath us. A place to reconnect with your inner truth, clear the noise, and create spaciousness inside your heart.
This is a communal ritual of grounding, release, and sacred remembrance.
No prior experience with Rapeh is necessary—just an open heart and willingness to sit with yourself and community in reverence.
Taking place at Yabisi in the Bronx. Space is limited
