Who Heals the Healer | July
A Monthly, in person, Sacred gathering for healers & space holders to receive, replenish & connect with ancestral modalities.
This month, on July 15th, our circle is being led by Lynsey Ayala Rinaldi for an evening surrounding the sacred, shamanic practice of La Sobada. La Sobada is a sacred ancestral form of bodywork / massage practice for restoring balance where there has been disconnection. It speaks to the wisdom that the body holds—and the ancestral truth that healing is hands-on, relational, and deeply rooted in care.
At its core, la sobada is a therapeutic bodywork rooted in the principle of restoring flow—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.
We will dive into Lynsey’s unique practice, learn a few techniques and have practice circles— utilizing items and products from our botanica.
