Ritual Steps:
Brew with Intention
As your tea steeps, take a few deep breaths to connect and to get into a ritual mindset
Connect to Your Body
Sit comfortably. Place one hand over your womb space and the other around your cup. Feel the warmth in both places.
Sip & Breathe
With each sip, inhale gently into your lower belly. Exhale slowly. Let the herbs nourish your center.
Stay for a Moment
Close your eyes for a few breaths. Listen inward. You don’t need to fix anything or set any intentions —just be present with your body.
Close with Gratitude
