Ritual / Daily Practice *  Ritual for Tea (Sip & Receive) - Steep 1–2 tsp of herbs in hot water for 5–10 minutes. - As it brews, place your hands over the cup and speak your intention:“I drink to soften, to open, to remember.” - Sip slowly. Breathe deeply between sips. Feel the plant medicine moving through your body. - Sit quietly for a few breaths, letting the warmth guide you inward. *Ritual for Smoke (Smoke & Soften) - Prepare your herbs in a pipe or rolling paper, or blend with other plants if desired. - Before lighting, pause. Place the blend near your heart and set your intention:“With each inhale, I release. With each exhale, I return.” - Inhale gently. Allow the smoke to move through you with purpose—not to escape, but to remember. - Close by offering gratitude to the plants and your breath. *Ritual for Incense (Burn & Bless) - Light a charcoal disc in a fire-safe dish and sprinkle a pinch of herbs on top. - As the smoke rises, speak your prayer aloud or silently:“May this smoke carry my words, clear my space, and open the way.” - Walk the smoke around your body or space slowly, with presence. - End by placing your hands on your heart or the Earth and sealing your intention.
