Ingredients: Organic Oil blend: babassu oil, safflower oil, castor oil, pumpkin seed oil, evoo, Aragon oil. Crampbark, mugwort, yarrow, dong quai, linden flowers, geranium essential oil 

Daily Womb Massage Practice (5–10 minutes) When:
Ideally done daily but can be adapted throughout your cycle—except during heavy bleeding.
 How to Practice:
  1. Warm Your Hands and Oil.  Rub between your palms to awaken energy.
  2. Lie Down or Sit Comfortably
     Breathe deeply into your lower belly. Place both hands just below your navel.
  3. Circular Massage (Clockwise)
     Use gentle pressure to make small circles over your lower abdomen in a clockwise motion (this follows the path of digestion and energy flow).
  4. Womb-Root Strokes
     Starting from your hip bones, glide inward and downward toward your womb center, then down toward your pubic bone. Think of inviting release and stimulating flow.
  5. Anchor with Breath & Intention
     Inhale into the womb. Exhale and mentally say: “I soften. I open. I release.”
  6. Optional: Place a warm compress or castor oil pack after the massage. Add gentle hip circles or pelvic tilts to support movement
