Gimme a Loosie Mini

$10.00

A tobacco-free smoke and steep blend for grounding, softening and ritual pause.

Gimme A Loosie is our answer to the ritual of reaching for a smoke—without tobacco. Crafted as a faux-bacco herbal blend, it offers a plant-based alternative for those who enjoy the rhythm of rolling, lighting, breathing and taking a moment to themselves, while also serving as a smoke medicine for ritual and ceremonial practice.

The formula brings together herbs traditionally worked with for the breath, nervous system, grounding and relaxation. Klip dagga and kanna bring an uplifting, unwinding quality to the blend, while mullein and chamomile soften its character. Spearmint adds a cooling freshness, and sage connects the blend to cleansing, clearing and intentional spiritual work.

Smoke it on its own, blend it with other herbs, or steep it as a tea. In ceremony, Gimme A Loosie can also be worked with similarly to the way we might reach for tobacco smoke—to cleanse, prepare the body and space, carry prayer and mark the opening of spiritual work—while honoring that this is a tobacco-free formula rather than a replacement for the cultural and spiritual relationships held by traditional tobacco medicines.

Ingredients: Klip Dagga, Mullein, Chamomile, Kanna, Spearmint, Sage
7 grams herbal blend

Tobacco-free • Non-infused • Smoke or Steep

Ritual for Tea — Sip & Settle
Steep 1–2 teaspoons in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Hold the cup for a moment before drinking and offer your intention: “May I soften enough to hear what is asking for my attention.” Sip slowly, allowing the warmth and plants to bring you back into your body.

Ritual for Smoke — Light & Release
Prepare a small amount in a pipe or rolling paper. Before lighting, pause and name what you are clearing, calling in or preparing yourself to meet. Take gentle draws, allowing the smoke to become part of the ritual rather than something rushed. When working ceremonially, the smoke can be moved around yourself, your tools or your working space as an intentional act of preparation and clearing.

Close by returning your attention to your breath and offering gratitude to the plants.

Herbal smoke still contains combustion byproducts and can irritate the lungs. “Tobacco-free” does not mean risk-free; avoid inhaling smoke if you have respiratory conditions, are pregnant, or have been advised to avoid smoking.
